What each $100 of operating revenue supported

CTTS and Grand Parkway · TxDOT FY2025 HB 803, Table 1 · year ended August 31, 2025.

CTTS

Operations$30.17Repair & maintenance$19.29Debt service$47.49Arithmetic remainder$3.05

Grand Parkway

Operations$15.03Repair & maintenance$4.82Debt service$44.59Arithmetic remainder$35.56

Remainder = operating revenue − the three disclosed use categories. It is not labeled profit, free cash or available shareholder distributions. Figures use rounded report inputs; rounding may cause a one-cent display difference. No HCTRA or NTTA row is forced onto this basis.

A relationship is a claim with a source.

Public title, concession rights, operators, creditors and equity investors are recorded separately. Sponsor percentages refer to project-company equity. Billing arrangements establish neither title nor financial control.
