# Who earns Texas’s electricity delivery charge?

Research cutoff: October 30, 2026. The observation date for each value is stated in the article or sourcebook.

These CSVs reproduce the article tables. They contain source-reported values and the article’s labeled calculations, without inserting missing measurements. The column headers define the variables and units for each table; body text supplies population, period and exclusions. Monetary figures keep their original nominal-dollar basis unless the table says otherwise.

`sources.csv` columns: `source_id` matches the reader’s citation; `description` identifies the document and relevant section; `primary_url` is the first cited document; `additional_urls` lists other documents in that grouped citation; `source_research_cutoff` is the original investigation’s cutoff, not a new recheck of every document.
